What to Expect at your first visit
The first session will last about 90 minutes. During that time we will go over your health history in detail, discuss your current health concerns, establish a treatment plan and then you will have an acupuncture session that will last approximately 25-30 minutes.
A Few Things To Keep In Mind For Your First Visit
Please bring any pertinent lab work or reports of recent MRIs or x-rays
It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be pulled above your knees and elbows
Be sure to have at least a small amount of food prior to coming. It is best not to come excessively hungry to your appointment.
Please avoid alcohol and caffeine at least an hour prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy
In order to be fair to all of our patients, we ask that you notify the office of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will be responsible for the cost of your session if you fail to notify us within the 24 hour window.
Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check or credit card are accepted.
