We are happy to verify your insurance for you. In order to do so, please click on the button below and you will be prompted to fill out your insurance details. Once you have submitted your information, we will get back to you with the specifics of your coverage. 

Acupuncture coverage is dependent on your diagnosis. Meaning, even if you know you have acupuncture in your plan, they may not cover your particular complaint. Most plans only cover for pain management. Certain plans will cover for other diagnosis such as infertility, however, we must verify this coverage.

Before we check your insurance, be sure to read the following:

Radiant Health Acupuncture has offered to check your acupuncture benefits as a courtesy. Benefits sent to you by Radiant Health are benefits quoted by your insurance company and Radiant Health is not responsible for any information that is not quoted correctly or left out by your insurance company.

Your health insurance will only pay for services that it determines to be “reasonable and necessary”. If your health insurance company determines that a particular service is not reasonable or necessary they can deny payment for that service.

HORIZON BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF NJ

We are in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. Plans vary greatly within Blue Cross so please fill out the form on this page and we can verify if you have acupuncture benefits, what your insurance pays, your deductible and what your co-pay may be. 

**Please note all Blue Cross OMNIA plans do NOT cover acupuncture services. The plan states acupuncture is only covered when used "as a substitute for other forms of anesthesia"  and therefore will not cover an acupuncture session at our office.

ALL OTHER INSURANCE PLANS

If you are covered by Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare or any other insurance company, we are happy to provide you with a coded receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
