If you are just starting your fertility journey and have general questions in regards to the best times to try to conceive or whether your menstrual cycle seems “optimal”, I can help give you clarity.
What to expect for your first visit:
During your initial consult, we will discuss where you are in your fertility journey, the challenges you may be facing and how we can help to address them. We will then make a custom plan with dietary and lifestyle changes, suggestions for nutritional supplements, and possibly a customized herbal formula. After the initial consult, regular check-ins can be scheduled when updates occur or any new issues need to be addressed.
